Team meets to discuss customer needs and new products

Frederica, DE - ILC Dover recently hosted the DoverPac® sales team as they visited our Frederica, Delaware facility for continuing product education. The event brought together our Sales Representatives from around the globe.  ILC’s investment in this annual training event assures that the front line of our organization is fully knowledgeable in our latest containment products and technologies. Training they received, coupled with their existing pharmaceutical process knowledge allows the team to develop robust solutions for our worldwide customers.  In addition to classroom training, ILC’s Account Managers and agents received hands on training on our existing and new system offerings, the new SMEPAC Test Area, and the flexible containment manufacturing process.  The team also celebrated their continued global growth.
