ILC DOVER DRUM TRANSFER SYSTEM

Looking for a way to safely and effectively transfer powder from drums to process equipment?  ILC Dover’s new Drum Transfer System may be the answer.  This system combines our validated flexible enclosure technology with our continuous liners in an ergonomically designed framework.  The enclosure includes secure integral gloves, which provide a significant range of motion based on the unique design of mounting the enclosure to the stainless steel frame. 

Since the introduction of the Drum Transfer System at Interphex 2006, customers have found the system to effectively address their powder transfer requirements, and since the system can be customized it can be readily adapted to a wide range of processing applications.  The entire assembly is mobile and can be wheeled over the piece of process equipment to be charged.
