Xtrakt® LV is a bulk liquid dispensing system designed for more efficient dispensing of low viscosity liquids from intermediate bulk containers (IBCs).
Designed for Low Viscosity Applications
Millions of dollars are lost annually due to scrapped product that cannot be extracted from disposable form-fit liners. On average, companies leave between 10 - 40 kg of viscous liquid product residual behind in bulk liners during dispensing operations. Xtrakt® LV is here to help you reduce residual product loss, leaving less than 2 kg of product in the liner.
Range of Viscosity
Xtrakt® LV is the only form-fit liquid liner system that provides hands-free dispensing of low viscosity materials from one to 20,000 centipoise.
Works with Existing Equipment
The Xtrakt® LV deployment cart has pneumatic controls and was designed to work with your existing plant air. It requires a minimum plant air source of 90 psig and a maximum of 120 psig. Xtrakt LV works with your existing positive displacement diaphragm or piston pump to extract the maximum amount of product. It is compatible with “top fill”/bottom discharge operation and with rigid IBC totes.
Consistent Results Every time
Xtrakt® LV uses ILC Dover’s specially designed dual-wall liners that work with the deployment cart to create a unique geometry during dispensing from the IBC. Unlike human operators manipulating the liner to force liquid to the discharge port, Xtrakt LV operates the exact same way on each liner, delivering consistent results every time. Because the system delivers a consistent yield per tote, it makes your production planning more efficient.
Operating Xtrakt® LV
The Xtrakt® LV system only requires one operator and requires minimal operator intervention. The deployment cart tensions the liner at the start of the dispense and creates a unique geometry as the liner dispenses that continually presents liquid to the discharge port. The hands-free system requires no manipulation of the tote and liner, reducing labor associated with dispensing.
