Frederica, Del., July 18, 2018— ILC Dover has announced that it has acquired Plascon’s bulk packaging business on June 28, 2018.
Plascon’s bulk packaging business complements ILC Dover’s portfolio of bulk packaging products sold under our Grayling Bulk Packaging Solutions brand.
In making the announcement, Glenn LeBlanc, V.P. and Division Manager for Packaging and Safety, notes, “ILC Dover’s reputation for providing excellent quality bulk packaging products will continue with the addition of the Plascon bulk packaging business.
