AVAIL® Glove Bags
ILC Dover’s high-temperature application glove bags are available in several different sizes to accommodate various pipe diameters from 1-30 inches, for horizontal and vertical pipes.
They are designed for low-pressure steam lines and hot water heating systems, offering a safer and more cost-effective solution than full-scale containment methods.

Easy to Use
The basic Avail glovebag for small-scale jobs or simple repair and maintenance tasks or “wrap and cut” projects on pipe up to 8” in diameter.
The 5460 Avail glovebag provides about 10” more horizontal work area than the 4460 and is designed for work on pipes up to 10” in diameter.
The Avail 6072 is designed for use on pipes up to 14” in diameter.
This glovebag is for use on pipe up to 18” in diameter and incorporates two arm sets per chamber that allow work from either side of the pipe allowing access to difficult to reach areas.
The M6 dimensions are 22 inches by 60 inches with a 18 inch deep pre-cut opening at the top with collars to accommodate pipe diameters up to 6 inches and provide a horizontal work area of 12 inches. The glovesleeves are set opposing each other on the bag. The worker can easily manipulate tools inside the bag with both hands, and perform maintenance and repair activities with ease. The M6 glovebags are packaged 40 per case.
This super-sized model is for 30” diameter pipes, valves or unique situations where smaller, standard bags just don’t fit the task.

This economy model glovebag has all the features of the Avail line with the exception of entry ports. The bag is designed for pipe up to 8” in diameter and will safely provide a horizontal work area of approximately 24” per chamber.

5460 EXT glovebag is the workhorse of the product line. The bag is designed to enclose pipe diameters up to 10” in diameter and will provide a horizontal work area of approximately 30” per chamber.

The 6072 EXT glovebag will enclose pipe diameters up to 14″ in diameter and create a work area of about 40” per chamber.

The 6684-2 EXT glovebag will enclose pipe diameters up to 18″ in diameter and create a work area of about 40” per chamber.
The V10 sets the industry standard for efficiency on vertical pipe diameters up to 10”. The vertical glovebag provides approximately 3’ of vertical work area. An offset debris area moves the weight and bulk away from the work area and allows for easy and safe debris chamber removal. 6-mil construction.
The V24 is designed for work on pipe diameters from 10” to 24”. The V24 creates a 4’ vertical work area. The offset debris area moves the weight and bulk away from the work area and allows for easy and safe debris chamber removal. The V24 offers two sets of glovesleeves for easy access to both sides of the pipe.
This vertical glovesheet is designed for abatement on 12” diameter X 12’ risers. In addition to pipe insulation the GSV 12 can be used on ductwork and beams. Glovesheets can be connected using spray adhesive and tape for larger vertical pipe applications or to configure the product into a “glovewall”. The debris area is offset from the glovesheet and contains its own glovesleeve assembly. Flat dimensions are 8′ x 15’ and can safely enclose insulation diameters up to 12″, with a 12′ vertical work area. Six arm sets per unit. Available in 9 ml only.
The QT10 fits pipe diameters up to 10″ in diameter and safely allows for a horizontal work area of approximately 48”.
When larger diameters of pipe are encountered, the QT14 is the next choice. It safely encloses pipe diameters from 10″ to 14″ in diameter and allows up to 60” of horizontal work area
The QT18 is designed for pipe diameters from 14″ to 18″ in diameter and provides a work area of approximately 66”. The QT18 incorporates 2 sets of glovesleeves for access to both sides of the pipe.
The QT30 glovebag handles pipe diameters from 18″ to 30″ and allows for up to 70” of horizontal work area. The QT30 incorporates 3 sets of glovesleeves to access the complete work area comfortably.
